A quick guide to finding your way around Millstream, and how to reach us if you get stuck.
The basics
Your personal space
The avatar at the top of the left rail is My Workspace: your private dashboard, profile, and settings, separate from any shared workspace.
Workspaces
Each tile in the rail is a workspace you belong to. Click one to switch in; a badge shows unread activity so you know where things are happening.
Tickets & the board
Capture tasks and requests as tickets, then drag them across the Kanban board through your sprints as the work moves toward done.
For clients & collaborators
Invited as an external member? Browse your projects and media, follow progress on the board, and raise a ticket whenever you need something from the team.
Discussions
Each workspace brings chat, media, documents and tickets together in one place, with realtime messages and notifications, so you catch things as they happen.
Manage your workspace
As an admin you can invite and manage members, set permissions, choose which apps are enabled, and brand the workspace. It all lives under Settings.
Tips & shortcuts
Jump anywhere fast
Press ⌘K (or Ctrl K) to open the command palette and search across the app.
Light, dark or system
Cycle the theme with the display button near the bottom of the rail.
Notifications
Unread badges on the rail tiles flag new activity in each workspace, and Discussions can send desktop notifications too.
Replay the tour
Want the in-app walkthrough again? Replay it anytime from your profile settings in the app.
