Connected Claude to Millstream? It now reads every workspace you are in at the same time, grouped per workspace, so it no longer misses work because it was looking in the wrong place. Ask about one workspace and it looks only there. Anything it creates or changes goes to the workspace it names in the call, and it checks with you when that is unclear. Switching workspaces is gone, so two conversations never get in each other's way.

Your agent can do what you can, with nothing to set
An agent no longer has rights of its own. It can do everything you can in the workspace, on the same projects, and follows your rights by itself when they change. Only managing the workspace, rights, agents and API keys stays with people. To limit what it does, choose per tool in your AI client: Claude lets you allow each tool, have it ask first, or block it. Giving your agent a ticket now puts you on the project team.

Plan tickets over days, and see them on the board’s calendar
A ticket now has Planned from and Planned until next to its Deadline: plan the work over one or more days without moving the deadline. Cards and lists show the planned days, and warn when the plan ends past the deadline. The board has a third layout next to Lanes and List: Calendar, a week or a month with every planned ticket as a bar and every deadline as a flag, with the filters and sprint picker you already use (plus Backlog for tickets without a sprint). Drag a bar to move the plan (it keeps its length), a flag to move the deadline. Tickets without a plan or a deadline are counted above it; Show unplanned lists them, most urgent first: drag one onto a day to plan it.

See your photos and videos in the tiles of Content
In the tiles view of Content a photo now shows itself and a video its first frame, so you find the right one at a glance. Every other item shows a large icon of what it is. Each tile shows the first two lines of its text; the None / Short / More switch is gone.

Select several items in Content and change them together
Select more than one file, document or table and a bar appears at the bottom of the list. - Select with the box at the start of a row, with Cmd or Ctrl + click, or a whole range with Shift + click. The box in the header selects everything in the list. - Move them to another place, add or remove labels, share them with the client or stop, or delete them, in one go. - An action that does not apply to everything you selected says how many items it will change.

Pin what you use often in Content
Pin a file, document, table or folder and it shows as a shortcut at the top of your Content menu, like Quick access on your computer. - Right click an item or a folder and choose Pin to menu. A folder in the menu has the same option behind its dots. - Your pins are yours alone: nobody else sees them, and everyone has their own. - Take one off with the cross next to it, or with Unpin in the same menu. Also new in the menu of an item: Rename and Labels…, without opening it.

Right click in Content, and see who has access
Content now works with the right mouse button, like the explorer on your computer. - Right click a file, document or table to open it, open it in a new tab, move it, share it with the client, copy its link or delete it. - Right click a folder to add a subfolder, rename it, share it or archive it. - Right click the empty part of the list to add a document, a table, a folder or files right there. - The same menu sits behind the dots at the end of every row. - The new Access column shows who reads each item: the project team, the whole organisation, or only its author. The logo of the client shows where something is shared with them.

A preview next to the list in Content
Click a file, document or table in Content and it shows in a panel at the right, without leaving the list. - A click selects, a double click opens, like the explorer on your computer. Enter opens too. A folder opens with one click. - The preview shows the item itself: a video plays, a PDF and an image show, a document reads as text, a table shows its first rows. - Under it: where it sits, its labels, who changed it, and how many messages its discussion has. Click that to open the item with the discussion in view. - Close the panel with the Preview button in the toolbar; drag its edge to make it wider. - The Discussion button on every item now shows the number of messages.

Columns and labels in the Content list
The list in Content has columns, like the file explorer on your computer. - Sort on a column by clicking its header. - Drag the edge of a column to make it wider or narrower. - Switch columns on and off with the menu at the end of the header: Labels, By, Modified, Kind and Status. - Labels show on every row. Click one to see only what carries that label. - Tables can have labels too: set them in the Details of a table. Your columns, widths and sort are remembered.

Content works like a file explorer
The menu is the tree of companies, projects and folders; the page shows what is in the place you opened. - A path right above the list, with a back button and one level up. Drop an item on a place in the path to move it there. - List or Tiles: pick how you look at a place; your choice is remembered. - Recent is a fixed place in the menu: everything, the newest change first, with where it sits. - Drag the edge of the menu to make it wider or narrower, in every app. - A shared file or table now carries the same mark as a shared document.

Documents, files and tables open the same way
Every item in Content now has the same buttons at the top: Details, Approval, Versions and Discussion. Each opens a panel at the side, and you can have several open at once. - A file shows only its preview in the middle; the discussion and the sign-off moved into their panels. - Delete, download and the other actions are behind the menu with the three dots. - A file in a project has a Shared with client switch in Details, like a document. - A link from the bell opens the item with the right panel already open.

The knowledge base is now called Content
Documents, files and tables live together in one place, so it has one name: Content. You find it under the same tile in the rail. - The address is now /content. Old links, bookmarks and links in mails keep working: they open the same page. - The roles are called Content Reader, Writer, Editor and Manager. Who may do what did not change.

One place for files: the knowledge base
- The Files app moved into the knowledge base. Your media are there as files, in the project they belonged to; old links open the right file. - A file plays video and Rive animations, shows an SVG, and a Figma link as a live design (New source → Figma link). - Discuss a file on its page, and tag someone to bring them in. - Ask for approval of a file, as you do for a document. Whoever is asked approves, rejects or asks for changes; all sign-offs are under Approvals in the knowledge base. - Link a file to a ticket from the ticket's attachments. - Files are stored privately now: a file opens only for who may read it.

Tables in the knowledge base, with formulas
- New → New table in the knowledge base makes a table next to your documents and files: a price list, a product list, an inventory. - Columns have a type: text, number, amount, percentage, date, checkbox, choice or formula. - A formula per column: prijs * aantal holds for every row. Plus, minus, times, divide, and SUM, AVG, MIN, MAX, ROUND and IF. A total can sit under each column. - From Excel to a table: on an uploaded Excel or CSV file, Make a table reads the sheet, proposes the columns (also which ones are formulas) and lets you review before it carries everything over. Download a table as Excel or CSV at any time. - Every row keeps its history: see what it said before and put it back. - Findable by what a row says: Search finds a table by its name and by a row, such as an article number, while you type. - Agents work with them too: a connected agent reads a table, adds or changes rows, and finds a row by searching. - Tables follow the same sharing as documents: share one with the client, or a whole folder, and move a table to another project or folder from its menu.

Files in the knowledge base: upload, preview and versions
- Upload Excel, PDF and Word into a project in the knowledge base. Clients with the Writer role can do this too, in the projects they work on; what they add is shared with their project right away. - See it without downloading: a PDF opens in the page, a spreadsheet shows as a table per sheet with the values Excel calculated, a Word file as text. - Versions: upload a new version of a file and the previous ones stay available to download. - Findable: what is in a spreadsheet, PDF or Word file is searchable, also for connected agents.

Each board names its worker
- The person doing a ticket is now a Developer on development boards and a Creator on social planners, in the ticket, the board filter and bulk edit. - Pick your own name per board under *Name for the worker* in the board settings.

Browse the knowledge base like a file explorer
Switch the Library toolbar to Explorer to see every company, project and folder as one tree, empty folders included. Open a row to see its subfolders and documents, click a name to open that place, and search to see only the matches and the way to them. What you open stays open next time.

Spike: a ticket type for timeboxed research
- Pick Spike as the ticket type for research with a fixed amount of time. It has its own icon on the board and its own entry in the Type filter. - A spike gets a timebox in hours or days. - Turn an existing ticket into a spike by changing its type. Release notes list spikes under *Research*.

Bulk edit: worker, reporter and delete
- Selecting several tickets now lets you set the worker (the assignee follows from the lane by itself) and the reporter. - Delete tickets sits under *More*, after a confirmation.

Every ticket has a reporter
- A ticket now shows its reporter: the person it is for. That is whoever created it, or the person who asked when an agent created it, and you can change it at any time. - Filter the board on Reporter to see everything someone asked for. - Handing the work to someone else now sets the reviewer and clarifier to the reporter.

Backlog is a status: no ticket floats without a sprint
On a board that works in sprints, a ticket without a sprint is now always in the Backlog. Pick Backlog as the status to take a ticket out of its sprint; pick a working status such as Active and it joins the active sprint. Finished tickets keep their status, and boards without sprints work as before. Tickets that had a status but no sprint are back in the Backlog.

Search finds every ID
Search (⌘K) now finds anything by its ID: documents (MAX-N20), releases, quotes, hours and trips, next to tickets, projects, companies and contacts. You can type IDs loosely too: maxn20, max n20 and N20 all find MAX-N20.

Tickets, sprints, epics and releases grouped by status
Every list of tickets now reads like the board: grouped by status, with priority inside. Tickets shows each board with its statuses under it, and Sprints, Epics and Releases hang the statuses under every sprint, epic and release. Each group folds away on its own and has its own checkbox for editing all its tickets at once. The groups above them now say what they are about, like Active sprints or Planned epics.

The board as a list
The board has a Lanes | List switch. List shows the same tickets (the sprint in view, your filters and search) one below the other, with checkboxes, so you can change many tickets at once. Manage board next to New opens the settings of the board you are on, and the board picker is now alphabetical.

Your profile, per workspace
My profile now has two tabs. Account holds your photo, name, language and password. Workspaces shows every workspace you are in: how you belong there, your open tickets, what waits on your review and unread chat, plus your own skills, schedule and time off, all in one place. Notification settings moved to the cog in the bell, and What's New and the tour live in the new Help menu in the left bar.

One Chat, next to your notifications
Channels and direct messages are now one Chat, with its own button at the bottom of the left bar, right above your photo. The bell moved down there too. Comments on tickets, documents and files stay on the item itself, and when someone tags you there, the bell tells you.

Photos in documents
Put photos in a document: use the image button in the toolbar, paste one, or drag it in. A photo is only visible to people who can read the document, including clients it is shared with. PNG, JPG, GIF and WebP up to 10 MB.

Search finds tickets by their ID
Type an ID like MAX-41 in search (⌘K) and the ticket, project, company, contact or document shows up first — "max 41" works too. Every result now shows its ID, and tickets show their status, priority and assignee in colour, so you can tell them apart at a glance.

Your own agent, connected once
Everyone with the Agents role now has one agent of their own, named after them (like "Robin-agent"). Connect Claude once with your account: it always works as your agent, in every workspace where you may use one. New workspaces and changed rights apply by themselves, so there is no reconnecting. Your agent can never do more than you can, and it is never shared.

Notifications in one place
A bell in the left bar now collects what Millstream tells you — tickets assigned to you, review and clarification requests, approvals, reminders and @mentions — from all your workspaces. Each shows who did it and where; one click takes you there. You can now @mention anyone who can see a ticket in its discussion, and Portal messages no longer appear under Discussions.

Links open in the right workspace
Every link now carries its workspace (for example /wecatalyze/tickets), so a link someone shares opens in that workspace, even if you were working in another one. Each browser tab keeps its own workspace, so you can have two workspaces open side by side. If a link points to a workspace you are not in, you see which one it is instead of an empty page, and you can accept a pending invitation right there.

Boards have their own page, and you choose their order
Boards moved out of Templates into their own page under Board → Manage → Boards, next to Labels. Each board shows its lanes and ticket count, and the cog opens its editor as before. New: the arrows on each row change the order of your boards. The board switcher, the plan view and every board picker follow that order instead of sorting alphabetically.

Documents keep a version history
Every save of a document is now a numbered version with who made it and when — a colleague or an agent. Open Versions in the document editor to read any earlier version, and restore it with one click; the restore itself becomes a new version, so nothing is ever lost. Sources stay as they are: raw material you file, not something you work in.

Filter tickets by status, and the board opens on active sprints only
- Status filter everywhere. The filter panel on the board, the ticket list, the plan and epic views and My Tickets now has a Status section with the lanes of the board you are looking at. Across boards, lanes with the same meaning fold into one entry. - The board shows active sprints only. It no longer jumps to the next planned sprint; without an active sprint it tells you so and offers the plan view. Pick any sprint in the Sprint scope to look ahead — each sprint now shows whether it is planned, active or completed.

Add tickets straight from the board and the list
- Every lane on the board, and the tickets list, ends in a + Add a ticket… field. Type a title, press Enter, and the ticket exists — no dialog. The field clears at once, so ten ideas go in one after another; the details can wait. - The ticket lands in the lane you typed in, joins the sprint you are looking at and takes over the company, project, epic or type the view is filtered on, so it shows up right where you added it.

Projects get links and labels
- Links on a project: the repository, the staging site, the design file. They sit in the project's status card and in *Edit project*, each with a short name so "GitHub" reads better than a long URL. - Labels replace the free-text *Type* field. Projects use the same labels as tickets (with their icon and color), so *App*, *Site* or *Retainer* look the same everywhere. Pick several per project; the projects list shows them as a column and the filter panel filters on them. - Agents see both: a ticket read through the MCP connection now carries its project's labels and links, so an agent knows which repository to work in before it starts.

Dashboard: active sprints with their burndown
- Active sprints replaces the sprint-status donut and the velocity chart: every running sprint gets its own block with the board it belongs to, the lane split, a progress bar and the sprint's burndown (ideal vs actual, with a today marker). - The My tickets widget is gone from the dashboard — your personal queue lives on *My tickets* in the rail, and *Needs attention* keeps flagging what is overdue or waiting on you. - The dashboard uses the full width of the window.

Filters fold into a rail, and Archive works the same everywhere
- The filter panel never disappears. It folds into a narrow strip on the left of every list and board; click the strip to grow it back. The Filters button is gone from the toolbar, so the toolbar stays put. - Archive anything that is finished with: projects, companies, contacts, tickets, sprints, epics and releases all have an *Archive* button in their settings. Archived items leave every list. - One *Archived* switch in each filter panel brings them back, greyed out with an *Archived* badge. - The board hides nothing on its own any more: completed work stays until you archive it, so an old sprint always shows what was in it.

Releases as a plan tree, phase-colored progress, and roomier project and company pages
- Releases read like Sprints. The Releases page groups releases per company with their tickets underneath; expand one, open a ticket in place, edit from the row. A new Planned status comes before Upcoming. - Progress shows the phases. Every sprint, epic and release bar is split into done, in progress and to do. Sprints, epics and releases all wear the same state icons (planned, active, completed). - Project and company pages got two tabs. *Overview* holds the status, the numbers and one card per thing to manage; *Activity* gets the full width. Lists (projects, companies, contacts, releases) now use the whole screen, and contacts are grouped per company.

Sprints and Epics grouped per board, plus a real Tickets list
- Tickets is a list now. The Board app's Tickets page shows every ticket in one sortable table — search, filter, click to open, select rows for bulk changes. Planning moved to its own page: Sprints. - Sprints and Epics hang under their board. Both pages show each board as a parent with its sprints or epics underneath, tinted in the board's color. Sections open collapsed; one button expands them all. - Calmer sprint rows. Name, state, one line of facts and a single menu; sprints and epics take their board's color and no longer ask you to pick one. - Grouped menus. Every app's side menu is split into small labelled sections (Work, Manage, Insights, …).

Anyone can be on a project team
- Team members and admins too. A project's team is no longer limited to external users — add anyone in the workspace. - Two panels. The team dialog shows who is on the project on the left and everyone you can still add on the right, grouped by company with your own workspace on top. One click moves a person across. - Tickets lives in Board. The Home menu no longer repeats Tickets; open the board from the Board app.

Icons for epics, and project badges on the board
- Epics can have an icon. Pick one next to the colour when you create or edit an epic; it shows on ticket cards, the Epics view, sprint planning and the ticket page instead of the default award mark. - Projects look the same everywhere. The board's project filter now shows each project's coloured icon badge, exactly like the projects list, and epics get a colour dot. - Straight to the form. Creating or editing an epic opens the form itself — the Epics view is the overview. - Projects are folders. The projects list sorts alphabetically within each client, and the progress bar is gone: progress belongs to sprints, which have a start and an end.

An ID on every list, one board per project, and tickets that open where you are
- Every list starts with an ID. Projects, companies, contacts, quotes, notes, media and releases now carry a short reference like MS-P12 or MS-RL3, shown in the first column of every table and matched by search — the same way tickets, hours and trips already had one. - A project lives on one board. Pick the board in the project form; its tickets and epics move along, and a ticket that gets that project follows it to the board automatically. The project page's board opens on the right board. - Tickets open in place. Opening a ticket from a release keeps you on the release when you close it. In the Board app the menu now says Board (the kanban) and Tickets (every ticket in one list). - Clearer menu. The Home tile shows your workspace logo, and the side menu folds in and out from its own header ("Collapse menu"), with ⌘B as shortcut.

Project and company pages as one overview; rates, velocity, interactions and quotes on their own pages
A project no longer hides its content behind ten tabs. The page is now one overview: status and health with the status note, the numbers (hours, trips, tickets, files), the next appointments, recent interactions and posts, and the activity feed. - Every number is a door: the hours tile opens Time filtered on the project, trips opens Trips, tickets opens the board with the project pre-selected, files opens the project folder. The board's filter panel has a new Project facet for this. - Rates (admins) moved to their own page under Registration: every project's price list grouped per client, editable in place — hover a project for the plus. - Velocity is its own page under Board, next to Timeline. - Company pages got the same treatment: one overview with the company card, the numbers, and a card per relation (contacts, projects, locations, quotes, interactions, files, documents) — every one a quick jump to the full list, pre-filtered on that company. - Interactions and Quotes are pages of their own in CRM: the whole history and the whole pipeline across companies, with search and filters.

Ticket relations, richer subtasks and a calmer board
Tickets can now be linked with a meaning: blocks / blocked by, causes / caused by, duplicates, cloned from and parent / child. A blocked ticket shows a red *Blocked* chip on the board and in the plan until its blockers are done, and every ticket has a Duplicate button that copies it (subtasks and labels included) with a link back to the original. - Subtasks carry a description, an assignee and a due date — expand a row to fill them in. Outgrown the checklist? *Convert to ticket* turns a subtask into a ticket of its own, linked to the parent. - Plan tab: a select-all checkbox per sprint (it follows your filters), drag a whole selection to another sprint at once, and the selection clears itself after a move. Rows drag from anywhere, not just the grip. - Board layout, Jira-style: Board / Plan / Epics are tabs above the toolbar; search is always in view (with a clear button), Company and Type sit next to it, and the board and sprint pickers moved to the right. The board remembers the sprint you picked per board, and opens on the active sprint. - Filters everywhere start collapsed, with the search box in the toolbar of every page.

Share files in chat with drag & drop
You can now drop images, videos and other files straight onto the chat box — in a ticket's discussion or any channel — instead of hunting for the paperclip. Every attachment shows a live progress bar while it uploads (files up to 25MB), so you know exactly when it has arrived. Videos you share now play right inside the conversation.

A list view for the calendar, and a simpler menu
The calendar can now show your month as a list: pick *List* in the view switcher and every day with something on it appears in order — events, time, trips, posts, birthdays and time off, with the same filters as the grid. CRM events moved into the calendar too: click any event to edit it right there, so there's no separate events page anymore. The side menu got simpler as well. Tickets and Files now sit permanently at the top, and the overview pages under CRM and Tracking are gone — Companies, Contacts, Time and Trips are one click away, and the Activity feed already carries the updates those pages showed.

Group subtasks into named sections
A long subtask list can now be split into groups — named sections like "Prep", "Build" and "Handoff", each with its own progress count. Loose subtasks simply stay at the top, and a small folder menu on every row moves it into a group. Ticket templates get the same sections, so a ticket created from a template arrives with its checklist already structured. Deleting a group never deletes work: its subtasks just become ungrouped again.

Search tickets by their ID, and one New button for everything
Every ticket carries a short code on its card — something like MEC-142. Paste that code into the search box on the board (or on My tickets) and you land on that one ticket. Just the number works too, and so does a partial code while you type. The board also creates everything from a single New button now: a ticket, a ticket from one of your templates, a sprint or an epic. No more guessing which of the two buttons held what you needed.

Ticket templates: start recurring work pre-filled
Some tickets you create over and over — the weekly client update, a bug triage, a review round. Save them once as a ticket template with the description, subtasks, priority, points and even the worker and reviewer already filled in. On the board, New ticket now has a small arrow next to it: open it, search your templates and pick one — the ticket appears with everything filled in and the familiar ticket dialog opens so you can still tweak it. The plain click keeps making a blank ticket, exactly as before. Templates live on the renamed Templates page (formerly Boards), next to your project templates and board lanes. Tickets inside project templates use the same new editor, which now looks just like the ticket dialog itself.

Attachments tab, foldable lanes and safer bulk edits
Tickets now have an Attachments tab: a thumbnail grid to actually see your screenshots, or a list with type, size, upload date and who uploaded it. The details view keeps its quick strip, and Discussion moved beside the tabs as a clear on/off switch. On the board you can fold a lane you rarely work in down to a narrow strip — hover its header and click the collapse arrows; cards still drop onto folded lanes. In Plan, active sprints always sit on top, the board picker narrows the plan to one board, and closed sprints hide behind a switch in the filter panel. Bulk editing no longer fires the moment you pick a value: your choices collect as chips and land only when you press Apply, so a wrong pick is one click to drop. New sprints and epics now start from one New menu next to New ticket.

Plan all your boards in one view
The Plan tab now shows every board at once, grouped per board with its own sprints and backlog — collapse the boards you are not planning. Drag a ticket into another board's sprint or backlog to move it across, and start a sprint for any board right from its group (or pick the board when creating one). Tickets also gained a Board field, so you can move one from its detail view too.

Arrange your dashboard side by side
Dashboard widgets can now be full or half width, so two widgets share a row and more fits on one screen. Open Customize to pick a width per widget, reorder them, or hide the ones you don't use — the ticket charts now come as two separate widgets (Sprint Status and Velocity) that sit next to each other. The dashboard also loads faster: each widget appears as soon as its data is ready instead of waiting for the slowest one.

Time entries and trips now have IDs
Every time entry and trip gets a short reference like MS-T12 or MS-R8, just like tickets. You see it in the lists, when editing, and in the approval queue — so "reject MS-T41" finally means something. The activity feed now shows these IDs too (including ticket IDs), so you can still tell what an event was about even after something gets renamed. You can also search by ID.

Dropdowns now only show active items
Filters and pickers across the portal now list only active projects, companies, contacts, sprints and team members — no more scrolling past archived or finished work. Anything inactive that is still attached to what you are looking at stays visible with an "(inactive)" label, and "Show all" reveals the rest when you need history.

Run more than one kanban board
One board per workspace was a real limit, so we removed it. Set up separate boards for development, marketing or a support queue, each with its own lanes and rules. The new Boards page has ready-made presets and lets you edit lanes directly, and the switcher on Tickets jumps between boards.

Your personal ticket queue on the dashboard
The dashboard has a new My Tickets widget. It lists every ticket that is waiting on you, whether you are the assignee, the reviewer or the one who needs to clarify something, with overdue work on top. You can group the list by sprint or by company, and the widget remembers which one you picked.

Social planning now lives with the rest of your work
Posts get planned on their own board, written in a new composer that previews how they will look on each platform, and stored in the Files library. Approval works the same way it does for documents and media, so clients review posts where they review everything else.

A new feed at the top of the dashboard flags work that is quietly going wrong: tickets past their deadline, items stuck in review, and anything that has sat untouched for too long. Every card says why it is there, so you can decide whether to act or dismiss it.

One Approvals hub for documents, time and trips
Approvals moved out of Files and into its own spot in the sidebar. Document and media sign-offs live there, and time entries and trips now join them: logged work goes through admin review, approved entries lock, and editing a locked entry sends it back to the queue. A count badge shows how much is waiting on you.

A calmer sidebar, with your own favorites on top
The sidebar got a cleanup. A small daily cluster sits on top and everything else is sorted alphabetically in your language. Hover over any page and click the star to pin it to your own Favorites group; each member picks their own, per workspace.

Releases: bundle tickets and generate release notes
You can now bundle tickets into a release and track progress toward a target date. Release notes are generated from the bundled tickets with one click, and you can edit them before sharing. The detail page has a plan view for adding tickets, sidebar filters, and a chat thread per release.

Documents and Media merged into one Files library
Documents and Media used to be two separate pages; they are now one Files library. Client folders sit on top, everything else is a mixed grid underneath, and type chips with live counts narrow it down. File approvals also got due dates, automatic reminders and a state for requested changes.

Custom lanes, labels, and multiple active sprints
The board now adapts to how your team works. Lanes can be renamed, recolored, reordered, added and removed. Tickets take free-form colored labels, with a board filter and a management page. And you can run more than one sprint at the same time; the burndown follows the open sprints and marks today.

Markdown tickets and a keyboard-first Focus mode
Ticket descriptions now render GitHub-flavored markdown, so pasted code blocks, tables and task lists finally look right. There is also a new Focus mode: pick a person, get their open tickets one at a time, and resolve each with a single keystroke instead of clicking through dialogs.

A new Millstream look, smarter chat, working invites
Millstream has a new face: the gear-and-wave logo and a refreshed blue palette, in the app and in every email. Chat picked up a Portal feed that notifies you about assignments and review requests, plus full @mentions. And the workspace invite flow was rebuilt after it turned out to be less reliable than we thought.
